Swedish doom titans Doomherre unleashed their second album "Plaguelords" this winter and have been praised for their modern take on classic doom metal. Following the success of their 2023 debut "Bonegoat", the band has crafted a heavier, darker, and more deliberate sound that solidifies their place as a dominant force in Swedish doom metal. "Plaguelords" delivers nine crushing tracks, from the mythic scope of "Serpent Shrine", "Wrath Of A Mountain God" and the majestic opus "Stormfather" to the introspective weight of "Dark Hand" and "This Burning Guilt".
